Can I choose my campsite?
You sure can! You can now choose your exact site to make sure you’re right where you want to be. But make sure to book your spots early, they don’t last long! Since all sites are preassigned, it does not matter when you arrive as you will get the spot you reserved online.

How many people are allowed in a campsite?
We do not put a limit on how many people can be on a single campsite. We do recommend no more than 6-8 people for comfort level.

Can I put a tent on my campsite if I already have a trailer?
Each campsite is made for one vehicle and one camping unit (trailer) with a size of 20x40 feet. You can add a tent, but must stay within your own campsite space.

Can I put a tent or trailer on any site?
Both are allowed on any site with the exception of Roughland. This is an area for tents only, with a size of 20x20 feet. We designed this area for those that like to tent it and not be beside large trailers and motorhomes.

Can I put more than one tent on my site?
Yes, but you must stay within your own campsite space.

I have a very large trailer/Motorhome that exceeds 40 feet, are there bigger sites available?
No, the biggest sites are 40 ft deep. If you have a larger trailer, we recommend you purchase 2 sites back to back or a site along the outer perimeter of the campgrounds that will allow you a bit of extra depth.

Is there additional parking in the campgrounds for extra vehicles?
No, there is one car allowed per campsite. Additional parking can be found at the Lucknow Sports Complex (662 Campbell St.) or Lucknow Soccer Fields (790 Havelock St.). Shuttle service is available from those parking lots.

Will I have to show proof of vaccination?
Lucknow’s Music in the Fields’ COVID-19 policy will comply with all provincial mandates and requirements of our local health unit. Requirements, rules and protocols are subject to change prior to the 2022 festival based on the evolving federal, provincial and local mandates. Vaccinations are not currently mandated by the Province of Ontario for outdoor events under 20K attendees, however, this requirement is pending developments and may change leading up to the festival. Lucknow's Music in the Fields reserves the right to modify the entry requirements at any time.

Will I have to wear a mask?
Lucknow’s Music in the Fields COVID-19 policy must comply with all provincial mandates and the requirements of our local health unit. Exact conditions and requirements are pending developments leading up to the festival.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Currently, refunds are not available for tickets or camping as all purchases are final sale. As local and provincial COVID regulations change, we may offer refunds to accommodate those that can no longer attend due to developing mandates and protocols.

Is accessible camping available?
Yes! Accessible camping is available in the South camping section and is marked on the map. These sites are the closest to the concert bowl entrance/exit. Campers must have a valid handicap permit.

Are service animals permitted?
Yes! Service animals are welcome. However, pets are not allowed on festival grounds.

Are there medical/emergency services on site?
Yes! The safety and wellbeing of our fans is our top priority. Medical, Security and Emergency Services staff are on site throughout the entire weekend. If you require attention please go to the medical tents or ask security or staff for the nearest location.
